The Heavy Duty MWS by Alura Trailer is a robust, high-performance mobile workshop solution engineered for durability, mobility, and fully independent on-site operations. Designed for extreme field conditions, it provides complete service autonomy through integrated power, lubrication, lifting, and cleaning systems.

Construction & Body

• 6-meter insulated steel body with 18 mm elastomeric rubber panels
• 18 mm plywood flooring reinforced with 80 mm steel cross members
• Sliding windows and fixed glass rear door
• Four aluminum side shutters (1000 × 2300 mm) for fast access
• External control board, rear drawers, and integrated ventilation & exhaust system

Integrated Equipment

• Generator: Perkins diesel, 22–23 kVa, 3-phase, 1500 rpm
• Compressor: 7.5 hp piston type, 630 L/min at 12 bar
• Air system: 250 L chassis-mounted air tank
• Crane: 600–1200 kg lifting capacity, 10 m lift, dual-speed hoist
• Welding unit: 300A MMA, 15 kVa, 3-phase

Lubrication System

• Four oil pumps (20 L/min) with 15 m hose reels and digital dispensing guns

• Water tank: 1000 L stainless steel prism tank
