Chassis: Its made from ST-52 and high resistant “I” cut chassis. 8 mm thickness chassis up and down 14 mm width for the 14 mm 120 mm
Axles : 3 X BPW - SAF or OSMAN KOC brand high-quality axles with TUV certificate.
Suspension: Air suspension on the 3 axles - Optional steel/mechanic suspension
Brake system: 2 Line air brake system – Wabco EBS
King-pin: JOST brand 2” with its protection cover
Landing Legs: JOST brand 24-ton double speed mechanic landing legs and it has TUV certificate. Air spring heavy duty type.
Twist locks: 12 units twist lock and they have TUV certificate. 12 units twist locks for 1 unit 40” container or 2X20” container or 1X20” container on the middle of container chassis. Twist locks’ places painted and pins will be galvanized to be seen at night.
Wheel and tires: 385 65 R 22.5 1st grade 6 + 1 units tires and rims with TUV certificate - (Optional twin tires with 315 80 R 22.5)
Electrical System: ASPOCK brand 24 V electrical system with side lamps led every 2.5 Meter – It has ADR certificate
Connectors 15 and 7 pin – 2 unit stop lamp by 7 functionally shall be covered with the cage installed by bolts.
2 units import plate illumination lamp
Reflectors and velocity plates (with red and white crosses)
Rear lamps have steel protection and it can be opened and closed. Rear side lamps will be placed the top of the bumper.
All cables will be held by cable-holder
Paint: Epoxy and paint with RAL code …….. and logos & accessories will be RAL number …….
